PHILOSOPHY AND OBJECTIVES
The Department of Business Administration to student of the department. It further deals with the application of Business research which is therefore an important objective of the programme. It is designed to facilitate the learning programme. It is designed to facilitate the learning, teaching and research in Business Administration. It is therefore aimed at producing in Business Administration who would be able at the completion of their studies to assume responsible positions in the various fields where sound knowledge of Business Administration is required.
OBJECTIVES
The degree programme offered in the Business Administration Department has three principal objectives:- Firstly, it aims at training the students who will take up administrative and management career government, Industry, Business organization and similar organization. Secondly, it is geared towards producing graduates who may pursue advanced studies and career in research and teaching. Thirdly, It is designed towards producing policy planners in Local, State and Federal levels who may be relied upon to promote policy planning, with grater interests in Business innovation in Nigeria.
DEGREE REQUIREMENTS
Business Administration students are required to successfully complete the CARITAS UNIVERSITY Common Course, Department and intra and inter faculty courses specified in the departmental programmes. The Degree Examination in the final year shall consist of second semester courses and any other relevant areas determined by the departmental Examination Board.
